Meet your Arizona crew
Alpine employees, not subcontractors, trained on our own equipment and backed by a family-owned company that has cleaned over 100,000 homes since 1969. We text you your technician’s name and photo before the visit.
The FabricLux™ process
- Inspect and test. We identify the fabric, check the tag, and test our cleaner on a hidden spot before anything touches the cushions.
- Dry soil and pre-treat. Loose dust, hair and crumbs are vacuumed out first. Then we pre-treat arms, headrests and seat cushions where body oil and spills sit.
- Clean and extract. Our truck-mounted system rinses the fabric with controlled heat and pulls the soil and the moisture back out, so the piece is damp, not soaked.
- Groom, dry and walk through. Cushions are groomed and set to dry, usually 4 to 6 hours. We walk the piece with you before we leave.
Fabrics and pieces we clean
- Fabric sofas and sectionals
- Loveseats, chairs and recliners
- Dining chairs and ottomans
- Mattresses
- Outdoor patio cushions
- Microfiber, wool, cotton and linen blends, synthetics
- Leather (LeatherLux™ system)
- Auto and RV interiors
Pet odor
We treat pet urine and odor at the source and tell you up front whether we expect it to fully resolve, before any extra charge.
Sun-faded or worn fabric
Arizona sun is hard on fabric. Cleaning restores color that is hidden under soil, but it does not reverse UV fading. We tell you which is which before we start.

Super Truck Premium Furniture Cleaning
Alpine FabricLux™ Indoor & Outdoor Furniture Cleaning
Indoor Furniture FabricLux™ Steam Renewal System
Indoor upholstered furniture quietly collects dust, allergens, pet dander, and everyday spills—especially in high-use areas. Our FabricLux™ Steam Renewal System uses truck-mounted steam extraction, fabric-specific cleaners, and controlled heat to remove embedded soil from deep within the fibers without over-wetting.
Each piece is pre-inspected, pre-treated, gently agitated, and thoroughly extracted, leaving upholstery brighter, fresher, and fast-drying—while maintaining the softness and integrity of the fabric.
Ideal for:
-
Sofas & sectionals
-
Chairs & recliners
- All types of furniture
Outdoor FabricLux™ Furniture & Cushion Cleaning
Outdoor furniture in Arizona faces constant exposure to dust, pollen, UV residue, sweat, sunscreen, and monsoon moisture. Cushions and fabrics can quickly look faded, dirty, or develop odors if not cleaned properly.
Alpine’s outdoor FabricLux™ process is tailored for patio cushions, outdoor sofas, chairs, and loungers, using a deeper rinse and extraction method designed for durable outdoor fabrics. We remove embedded soil and buildup while avoiding harsh pressure washing that can damage stitching, foam, or fabric coatings.
Ideal for:
-
Patio and poolside cushions
-
Outdoor sectionals and chairs
-
Chaise lounges and daybeds
Optional Upgrade: Alpine FabricGuard™ Protection
For added durability, we offer Alpine FabricGuard™, an optional protective treatment for both indoor and outdoor furniture.
FabricGuard™ helps:
-
Spills bead up for easier cleanup
-
Slow re-soiling from body oils and outdoor debris
-
Extend the clean look of cushions and upholstery
Especially recommended for outdoor seating, high-traffic indoor furniture, and homes with kids or pets.
What You’ll Notice After Cleaning
-
Brighter, cleaner fabric
-
Reduced odors and buildup
-
Faster drying times
-
Furniture that looks and feels comfortable again
We’re always honest about sun fading, fabric wear, and long-term exposure—cleaning improves appearance and hygiene but won’t reverse permanent UV damage.
Alpine LeatherLux™ Restoration System
Premium Leather Furniture Cleaning & Conditioning
Leather furniture deserves a different level of care than fabric or carpet. Oils from skin, everyday dust, and normal use slowly dull the finish, stiffen the leather, and darken high-touch areas.
Alpine LeatherLux™ Restoration System is our premium, leather-specific cleaning and conditioning service designed to safely restore the look, feel, and comfort of your leather furniture—without harsh chemicals or over-wetting.
What Makes Alpine’s Leather Cleaning Different
This isn’t a quick wipe-down or a one-step spray. Our process is methodical, controlled, and tailored to leather.
-
Leather-safe, pH-balanced cleaning agents
-
Professional horsehair brush detailing for seams and textured areas
-
Conditioning to restore softness and comfort
-
Optional protective finish for easier maintenance
The result: leather that looks cleaner, feels smoother, and wears more evenly over time.
The Alpine LeatherLux™ Restoration Process
1. Leather Evaluation & Pre-Inspection
We begin by identifying the leather type and inspecting wear patterns, body-oil buildup, and heavily used areas. This allows us to choose the safest and most effective approach for your specific furniture.
2. Dry Soil Removal
Loose grit and dust are removed first—an often-skipped step that prevents abrasive particles from being worked into the leather during cleaning.
3. Leather-Safe Deep Cleaning
A professional, pH-balanced leather cleaner is applied to break down body oils, residue, and embedded soil without stripping or drying the leather.
4. Horsehair Brush Detailing
We gently agitate the leather using natural horsehair brushes. This allows us to clean seams, stitching, piping, and textured grain areas where buildup hides.
5. Controlled Wipe-Down
Soil and cleaning residue are carefully removed, leaving the leather clean and natural—not sticky, slick, or over-wet.
6. Professional Conditioning
We finish with a premium leather conditioner that restores a soft, comfortable feel and helps maintain the leather’s flexibility and appearance.
Optional Upgrade: Alpine LeatherGuard™ Protective Finish
For homes that want added peace of mind, we offer Alpine LeatherGuard™ as an optional enhancement.
Benefits of LeatherGuard™

Common questions
How much does furniture cleaning cost?
A sofa is typically $150 to $250 before the 25% discount, depending on size and fabric. Text us a photo and we quote the exact price up front.
How long does it take to dry?
Usually 4 to 6 hours. We use low-moisture extraction so the piece is back in service the same day.
Can you clean my leather couch?
Yes. Leather gets our LeatherLux™ process: pH-balanced cleaner, horsehair brush detailing and conditioning. LeatherGuard™ protection is optional.
Can you get pet odor out?
Most of the time. We treat urine and odor at the source and we tell you before we start whether we expect it to fully resolve, so there is no surprise charge.
Is it safe for microfiber, wool, or older fabric?
We test every fabric first and adjust cleaner and pressure to match. If a piece is not a candidate for wet cleaning we tell you, not clean it anyway.
Do you clean mattresses?
Yes. Mattress cleaning is priced by size; ask when you book.

We had a white couch and cushions from our patio furniture cleaned and Dominic did an amazing job. He went above and beyond taking care of every detail to make sure we were satisfied! Isaiah helped us schedule my car upholstery to be done right after the couch and cushions. I was so pleased my car seats and couch look brand new as do the cushions. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you Alpine
Dominic did a GREAT job cleaning my sofa, love seat and recliner this morning! Well done, young man.
My wife and I decided it was time to get our sofa and three chairs cleaned. We've used several other companies with mixed results. We decided to give Alpine specialty services a try and boy did they come through. Isaiah and Dominic did an outstanding job and our furniture looks like the day we bought it.
I'm so impressed with the upholstery cleaning on my couches! They look and feel brand new again. The technician, Isaiah, was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking to revive their furniture.
I came upon Alpine through a google search to get my sectional couch and ottoman cleaned professionally. I have 3 little kids and 2 small dogs so it had numerous spots and odors from the normal wear and tear of a busy household. Isaiah came out to perform our cleaning and he was amazing! Our couch and ottoman look brand new, we have had it about 6 years and the last time it looked and smelled this good was when we bought it.
