Cleaning a complex air duct system isn’t a job for a carpet cleaning machine or shop vacuum. Our “Truck-Mounted”  Super Trucks create the negative airflow needed to remove even the worst contaminants and pull them outside where they belong.

We use a very powerful 12,000 CFM vacuum HyperVac system and 300 PSI of constant air pressure.

We test your air for the following and discuss/email you a report:

Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)
Detects the presence of Volatile Organic Compounds (chemical pollution) commonly given off by interior building materials such as carpet, paint, upholstery, vinyl flooring, cleaning products, cosmetics, burning wood, etc.

Carbon Dioxide (CO2)
It uses an NDIR (Non-Dispersive Infrared) sensor to detect carbon dioxide (non-combustible gas) formed during respiration, organic decomposition, or combustion. CO2 may threaten humans if breathed in high enough concentrations.

Particulate Matter (PM2.5 & PM10)
Measures the amount of inhalable particulate matter that can penetrate the lungs and cause health problems. Examples include dust, pet dander, pollen, and other airborne substances less than 2.5 and 10 microns in size.

Temperature, Humidity, Dew Point and Pressure
Measures indoor air Temperature, Dew Point Temperature, Relative Humidity, and Building Pressure, any one or all
of which may adversely affect building occupants or the building itself.

We set up a HEPA AIR CLEANER filtration system for a dust free experience

This system continually cycles your home’s air over 10 times to filter out any remaining dust particles during the cleaning process.

A complete and in-depth cleaning requires us to go into every room that contains an air duct or cold-air return. At Alpine, the work will not begin until the floors, doorways and outside wall corners are protected. Slip-on shoe covers, floor tarps and plastic corner guards create a barrier between our equipment and your home.
